1. These terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Rattana Devs (“we”, “us”), which makes Kitsuvo. They cover the Kitsuvo app, kitsuvo.com and Kitsuvo Plus. By downloading or using Kitsuvo, or by subscribing to Plus, you agree to them. If you use Kitsuvo for an organization, you agree for that organization. Our privacy policy explains how we handle information.
2. Using the app
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Kitsuvo on computers you own or control, for personal or work use. Kitsuvo is not open source. You may not sell, rent or redistribute it, remove its notices, or try to get around the limits of Kitsuvo Plus. You may not use it to break the law or to harm others.
Kitsuvo may offer updates. Automatic updates are off until you turn them on; when they are on, Kitsuvo downloads new versions and installs them when you restart.
3. Scores are estimates
Kitsuvo estimates whether a website was built with AI tools, and warns about pages that may impersonate a brand. These are judgements made from signals on the page, and they can be wrong in both directions. A high score is not proof that a site was built with AI, and no score says whether a site is safe, legal or trustworthy. Don’t rely on Kitsuvo alone for security, financial or legal decisions.
4. Other services
If you connect your own AI provider (TypeSafe, OpenRouter, Anthropic or OpenAI), your use of it is governed by your agreement with that provider, and you are responsible for its charges and for keeping your keys safe. Websites you visit with Kitsuvo are governed by their own terms. We aren’t responsible for services we don’t run.
5. Kitsuvo Plus
- What you get. Plus gives you a personal OpenRouter key that runs Jev and Claude in Kitsuvo without keys of your own. Each key has a monthly usage cap. When the cap is reached, AI requests stop until the cap resets the next month. Kitsuvo keeps working without them.
- Price and billing. The price is shown before you pay. Stripe charges you at the start of each monthly or yearly period, plus any tax that applies. Plus is in early access, and we may change its price or features. Price changes apply from your next renewal, and we’ll email you at least 30 days before.
- Renewal and cancelling. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from Manage subscription on kitsuvo.com. Plus keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then your key stops working.
- Refunds. Payments are non-refundable, and we don’t refund partial periods, except where the law requires us to.
- Your key. Your key is for your own use. Don’t share or resell it. We may switch off a key that is shared, abused or used to get around the cap, and we switch it off while a payment is overdue.
6. Our rights
Kitsuvo, its name, the fox mark and kitsuvo.com belong to Rattana Devs. These terms don’t give you any right to use them beyond using Kitsuvo itself. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.
7. Disclaimer
Kitsuvo is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don’t promise that Kitsuvo will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that its scores will be correct.
8. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from Kitsuvo or these terms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for Kitsuvo Plus in the 12 months before the claim and US$50. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
9. Ending these terms
You can stop using Kitsuvo at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling Plus. We may suspend or end your access to Plus if you break these terms. Sections 3, 6, 7, 8 and 10 continue after these terms end.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state and federal courts located in California, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep any protections the law where you live gives you.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top, and email Plus subscribers about significant changes before they take effect. If you keep using Kitsuvo after a change, the new terms apply. If you don’t agree, stop using Kitsuvo and cancel Plus.
